Südwind invites qualified experts or teams to apply for the accompanying evaluation of the EU-AMIF project “EMV-LII – Empowering Migrant Voices for Local Integration and Inclusion.” The application deadline is May 31, 2025.
The EU-funded AMIF project EMV-LII promotes the active participation of migrants and diaspora organizations in the development and implementation of local integration strategies in Austria, Germany, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, and Slovenia. The focus is on people with special integration needs, including refugees, young people, and women.
Objective of the Evaluation
The external evaluation aims to provide an independent assessment of the effectiveness, relevance, and sustainability of the project activities and results. It also examines the impact on migrants and communities as well as alignment with regional and European policies. Special attention is given to the participation of migrant women and the consideration of intersectionality. The evaluation is conducted on an ongoing basis and provides the project team with continuous input for further development.
Expected Deliverables
The creation of an evaluation guide in English, to be used by all project partners in seven EU countries, is expected. The accompanying evaluation will be carried out in close cooperation with the partner organizations and includes the preparation of an interim report as well as a final evaluation report in English. Both reports should contain practical recommendations and lessons learned. Throughout the process, it must be ensured that the perspectives of migrant women and other intersectional aspects are systematically taken into account.
