Seminar “Legislation in the State of Berlin: From Draft to Law” for members of the State Advisory Board for Participation and the District Advisory Boards for Participation and Integration. How do legislative procedures in the State of Berlin progress from draft to final law? Who is involved in the process? How can the State Advisory Board and the District Advisory Boards contribute their comments and suggestions? How are laws to be read and understood?
Prof. Dr. Stephan Bröchler is a Professor of Political and Administrative Sciences at the Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR Berlin). Since 2022, he has also been the State Election Commissioner for Berlin. He will give an introductory lecture and gladly answer all questions. The discussion with him will be moderated by Reinhard Fischer from the Berlin State Center for Political Education.
