Parma per gli Altri Ong

Parma per gli altri is a non-governmental organization, established in 1989 by Don Arnaldo Baga. Parma per gli altri is active in Africa, especially in Ethiopia and Eritrea, where, together with local communities, elaborates development projects, with special regard to women. In Italy it promotes actions regarding development education, information and awareness raising in the field of international cooperation. The way in which we develop our actions is "step by step". By concentrating on particularly impoverished areas, our association aims to create a network of services able to integrate the existing ones. This allows us not to break up with the natural equilibriums and also to offer best practices in order to improve the unstable life conditions of local communities. Parma per gli altri chooses its professional figures for the activities'coordination in loco. Monitoring and activity planning are conducted by our volunteers, together with the local counterpart.
