Strengthening the role of the civil society via better advocacy of the rights and freedoms of children victims of abuses/at risk, and/or potential victims. Specific objective:(1)Improve knowledge, resources and skills of defenders of children rights,(2) Increase number of children victims receiving qualified psychological and social rehabilitation
